Hello! My name is Amy Southerland and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I love getting a front row seat to transformation and believe in sprinkling hope like glitter (it gets everywhere!). I love Jesus, but am not particularly religious (we can talk about it). I believe we are all a work in progress and perfection is a myth. Each day gives us the opportunity to learn and grow, and it is in the growing and learning that we experience change. 

I enjoy working with individual adults who are ready to do something different in their lives. I also work with couples and families. 

My style is comforting but challenging. I like to use humor, imagination, and direct questions to help shake things loose so you can see things from a different perspective. I also value learning from you! I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’m your consultant and cheerleader. I believe that no person is an island, and we are wired for connection. I want to help you tap into your relational resources to assist you on your journey to healing.
