Your appointment time is RESERVED for you. Therefore, it is requested that you notify your therapist 24 hours ahead of time when possible if you need to cancel an appointment. Appointments that can be rescheduled to occur within the same calendar week will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
A cancellation fee of $100 will apply to:
Same-day cancelations (when an appointment is canceled within the same day it was scheduled to take place)
No Shows (appointments not attended in which the therapist was not notified)
Arriving to your appointment 15+ minutes late (in the event you and your therapist decide to remaining scheduled time, the full rate of the session will apply)
If you have a credit card on file, you agree to allow the therapist to charge that card for missed appointments. If you do not have a card on file, you agree to pay the fee for the missed appointment in full prior to the start of your next session.
