Your first session is an intake appointment where we’ll get to know each other and begin setting goals for therapy. I’ll ask questions about your history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. This helps me understand your needs and create a plan tailored to you.
Individual therapy: You’ll attend on your own.
Couples therapy: Both partners need to attend the first session together.
Family therapy: Who attends the first session will be determined during our intake call, depending on your family’s needs.
Teens: At least one parent (preferably both) must attend the intake session with their teen.
This structure helps ensure we start therapy on the right foot and have the context needed to move forward.
I provide therapy for adults and teens, both individually and in relationships. This includes couples and families.
Yes! I offer secure telehealth sessions for individuals anywhere in Oklahoma. This option is especially helpful if you live outside Oklahoma City or prefer the convenience of meeting from home.
I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, identity formation, and relationship challenges. Together, we work on evaluating thought patterns and replacing negative or unhelpful thoughts with more supportive ones. I also enjoy working with individuals and families impacted by ADHD.
I believe we all have a connection with the spiritual or faith world, whether positive, negative, or somewhere in between. I operate from a Christian worldview and enjoy working with clients who want to integrate their faith into therapy. At the same time, I welcome clients from all backgrounds and never require a faith perspective in our work together. Because I view spiritual beliefs as part of the whole person, I see value in exploring them when it feels meaningful to you.
Currently, I accept HealthChoice of Oklahoma. I am exploring credentialing with other insurance providers. Many clients also use out-of-network benefits, and I can help you check your coverage during the intake process.
Intake session: $145
Regular session (50 minutes): $130
Extended session (75 minutes): $160
As part of your intake, I’ll provide you with a Good Faith Estimate that explains the expected costs of therapy.
Getting started is simple. Your first step is a free phone consultation, which you can book here. During this brief call, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your scheduling needs, and any insurance benefits you may want to use. If we both feel it’s a good fit, you’ll have the option to either:
Book your first appointment with me directly on the call, or
Receive a secure booking link so you can choose a time that works best for you.
If I believe you may be better served by another therapist or type of service, I’ll gladly provide referrals to help you get connected with the right support.
Existing clients can schedule or reschedule appointments here.
Life happens! If you need to change your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps me offer that time to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $100 fee.
If I need to cancel or reschedule, no fee will be charged.
In the event of inclement weather, you may choose to meet via telehealth, reschedule, or cancel without a late fee.
