The first session costs $145 and can last for 50-80 minutes. Prior to this appointment, you will sent a questionnaire and consent forms to complete online. This saves valuable time in session and helps your therapist prepare for your first session.
Standard sessions are $130 and are scheduled for 50 minutes. Most clients prefer to meet weekly or every-other week. This rhythm is recommended as it keeps progress moving forward without stalling out. Your therapist will collaborate with you to find a beneficial rhythm if you need something different.
Extended sessions are $160 and are scheduled in advance* for 80 minutes. This type of session is usually scheduled for families or couples who would like some extra time in session. Individuals have also utilized extended sessions when they have needed to decrease frequency or enter into a high-stress season.
*In the rare event that a Standard Session runs overtime, you will only be charged the rate of $130 for a Standard Session.
Payment is due at time of service. I accept credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and debit cards.
I currently accept HealthChoice of Oklahoma.
If you are using another insurance provider, you may have out-of-network benefits, which means you could be reimbursed for part of the cost of therapy. I can provide a superbill to help with this process.
See below for a simple guide to checking your benefits.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your mental health care.
This estimate will be provided during the intake process and is available upon request.

Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following:
Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health?
Do you reimburse for therapy with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)?
What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
Do I need to meet a deductible first? If so, how much is it and how much have I met?
Do you require a diagnosis for reimbursement?
How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
I’m happy to provide any documentation you need, including a diagnosis if appropriate and agreed upon.
